8. African gray parrots
African gray parrots are thought to be one of the most intelligent animals on the planet, rivaling even apes. Some scientists have suggested that these parrots have a reasoning ability similar to that of a three- or four-year-old human child.
Many birds can mimic human speech, but African gray parrots were found to be the most accomplished talkers. Experiments prove they understand words and use deductive reasoning to solve problems, specifically figuring out which of two boxes contains a food reward.
These birds are also able to work together to obtain a desired treat.

Cats are also intelligent . I’m a cat owner and see my cats activities , every day . I have them trained to a point .
all my birds had very long life, the all thought that the are human,all my birds talked.
some made there own lines. they have feelings and let you know it.

My Dog just got diagnose with cancer and I can’t help her, am lost.
Maybe this elephant (don’t know if he’s wild or in captivity) observed & ‘remembered’ his caretaker using a box or a ladder to place the “target” in the tree.
The elephant must have been in captivity because, what’s a “block” doing in the jungle.
This example is pretty weak…
